Depending on the service, Marima may act as a data controller for information we determine how and why to process, and as a service provider or processor where we process information on behalf of landlords, property managers, hotels, agents, tour operators, or other business users.

This Policy applies to users who visit our website, create an account, list a property, search for a property, send enquiries, manage rentals, register tenants, make or receive bookings, use marketplace services, request agency support, book tours, contact support, or interact with Marima through our apps, websites, dashboards, forms, messages, calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails, or social media lead forms.

Some services may have additional terms, notices, consent prompts, or contracts. If there is a conflict between this Policy and a service-specific notice, the service-specific notice applies to that service.

We do not intentionally store full card details unless this is provided through a compliant payment provider and permitted by applicable law.
